Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

RWB BROKER, a SAS with share capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 878 831 312, holder of professional licence no. CPI75012025000000316, provides property search, guidance, advisory and coaching services to private clients in connection with new-build property acquisitions.

2. Nature of Services

RWB BROKER acts as the client's agent and provides the following services:

  • Analysis of the client's needs and objectives
  • Selection of suitable new-build property developments
  • Administrative, financial and legal support
  • Project follow-up through to the signing of the final deed

3. Financial Terms

RWB BROKER's fees are set at 2.5% incl. VAT of the sale price, excluding notary fees. Fees are only due in the event of success, i.e. upon signing the final deed of acquisition. No fees will be charged in advance.

4. Mandate

In accordance with the Hoguet Act of 2 January 1970, the client must provide RWB BROKER with a written mandate specifying the terms of the assignment and the amount of the fees before the search begins.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the client has a period of 14 days from the signing of the mandate to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalties. A standard withdrawal form is made available to the client.

6. Client's Obligations

The client undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate information about their project
  • Sign the documents required to carry out the assignment
  • Inform RWB BROKER of any acquisition relating to a property presented by another agency

7. Liability

RWB BROKER undertakes to use all necessary means to carry out its assignment. However, RWB BROKER cannot guarantee the success of the transaction, as this depends on third parties (developers, banks, notaries).

8. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The client has the right to access, modify and delete their data by contacting: robin@robinwormsbroker.com

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts within the jurisdiction of RWB BROKER's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.
